I am very impressed with the quality of service I have had so far. I had a water valve flood my family room and 3 other areas. Very quick to respond and constant communication throughout. Had fans and dehumidifiers set up and they have consistently checked moisture readings. Still not done probably more work to do. PACK OUT We had a pack out team to inventory furniture and dishes that had to be taken to a warehouse while work can continue uninhibited as flooring needed to be removed, and walls needed to be cut. Excellent service. They have different departments for structure restoration and contents cleaning, coordinated through an assigned project manager. Our contents managers for the pack out and, later on, for the pack back were Talia and Ashley. Ashley and her team were detailed, caring, and supportive. Zach was particularly positive and helpful. Allied Restoration’s Contents crew recently completed the “pack out” of our smoke-damaged home, enabling us to proceed with the next steps in our remediation process. I have not encountered a more focused and caring group of individuals. Michelle and the team arrived on time each day with their workday meticulously planned.
