Services are significantly overpriced compared to others (more than double). Mold remediation tech was very pushy. Project manager refused to answer calls about the job until they received money from insurance first. They never sent a contractor out to see the work needing done or take measurements before original structure was torn down. Despite being a “preferred” partner for insurance repairs, they wouldn’t answers calls for weeks until ultimately refusing the job.
