Clearly the reviews are already low but, I would like to give customers an inside prospective into how clueless this company is. As an operator you pretty much have to beg for any kind of communication. They are doing a mass hiring right now and training lasts only two weeks. The number of new hires greatly out numbers the amount of trainers. Instead of getting one on one training they have 3 to 4 new hires with one trainer. Service is the worst in the business. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians in my opinion. They have cost me a lot of money in labor and pump truck time in being late to deliver at the time I was told would be best for them….. think this is the straw that broke the camels back, I’m going to have to get my concrete from somewhere else. This concrete place is so unprofessional, starting with the fact they can’t even keep track of the expenses. They made us pay a trucker which probably isnt the best way to pay for your service. But nonetheless they lost the payment we made & made it seem like we didn’t pay at all! Who the hell loses a large amount of money that easily? I wont say the finished product was bad, its just the fact they’re unprofessional with money.
