Clearly the reviews are already low but, I would like to give customers an inside prospective into how clueless this company is. As an operator you pretty much have to beg for any kind of communication. They are doing a mass hiring right now and training lasts only two weeks. The number of new hires greatly out numbers the amount of trainers. Instead of getting one on one training they have 3 to 4 new hires with one trainer. Do not do business with this shady/unprofessional company, I tried to and had the worst experience imaginable. I setup an appointment to have 2 yards delivered to my home at 3pm today June 1st 2020. I called this morning at 10am to confirm the delivery was still scheduled and was told by Tyler that everything was fine. At 3:15pm since no truck had shown up I called and spoke to Tyler again he said they were running behind and delivery would be 3:30 - 3:45 ok fine.
