Incredibly poor craftsmanship. The electrician, tile person, and carpenters must have been in training. We are lucky our unit did not catch on fire from the electrical screw ups. In addition, we did not receive the HVAC products in our contract we paid for. We are now contracting with professionals who know what they are doing to fix Allied Property Services errors and mistakes. Avoid this company like the plaque - unless you want cheap inferior repairs.
