Astounded by the rep who claims she knows everyone?? I didn’t quite understand that sales tactic. Totally unprofessional & below poor customer service. I’m stunned this company exists.
Worst experience ive ever had with a landlord. Completely non responsive, almost to the point of negligence. If you see a property listed by them, stay FAR AWAY. They are a group of pathological liars who will not return your deposit on time and then concoct a plethora of lies to cover their tracks.
Absolutely impossible to get them to help whatsoever. Not sure who decided to put Dini Sanchez in any position of authority. Maegan Perez also should be aware of exactly how unhelpful everyone has been. Going back and forth three days and haven't seen one thing get done that was actually directed toward a solution. Really Really incompetent.
