Easy in and out. Rarely busy except before big BBQ or get away holidays, and even then the wait is pretty short. Much cheaper than going and exchanging canisters. Customer service has been friendly every time I have gone over the years.
Bought a new lil 5lb propane tank and they knew just what to do to purge/fill it up. Perfect size for car camping, no more running out at the campsite with those little green gallon Coleman containers (which are impossible to recycle these days).
One of the rare places in the Bay Area that you can refill your propane tank. I arrived here and the crew was very friendly and assisted me immediately! And I was only charged the amount of propane that was refilled. Thank you guys!
Been going there for years, take 3 tanks at a time. The only place I’d go. Easy and no problems. Unloads and loads into my SUV.
