Richard was very helpful! He immediately answered all my questions within minutes of submitting an inquiry on the site. Eventhough my print job didnt meet their requirements he was able to provide other local printing shops to help me with my project.
The man who answered the phone was very rude! He was a bigot who not only dismissed my questions, but discriminated against me and hung up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! To not be treated as a potential customer and as a person is alarming! I definitely DO NOT recommend!
Delivered here on a Thursday night, Delivery was due next morning, but they took us as soon as we got there. Also allowed us to park overnight.
