John seemed like an angry man from the start, then it got worse! He replaced my hot water tank via HSA warranty twice and still had the original leaking problem - then he said a $250 pressure valve would fix the problem and then said I am done...I don't know how to fix it & go find another plumber. I can't figure out if he is incompetent or a scammer or both?
