My kitchen sink pipes were leaking and needed to be replaced. I only called this morning and Chris was able to come out within a couple of hours and take care of the pipes. Will definitely call Allied for any future plumbing problems. Efficient, friendly and professional.
Chris is amazing! After five days without hot water in my bathroom (with a seven-month-old baby!), he fixed it in under five minutes. I had met him before when he worked on my dad’s house, and it was such a relief to see a familiar face. He was fast, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff—highly recommend!
Unexpected sewer drain backup. Was able to schedule same day as problem. Loved being able to do this online. From the start, Chris was clear and consistent with his communication, texting me updates about when he'd be able to start our job. Fixed the issue, and was able to use the business's coupon.
