We have an older home and it's difficult finding people who can match the work done in the old days. After getting bids for some complicated repairs, we went with Mike of Allied Plastering and we're glad we did. Mike is a master craftsman of the old school - fair, honest and a pleasure to work with. If we need more work done in the future we will definitely go with him.
Owner Mike is a con artist. Saw my address and charged me $1200 to fix a thin, 6ft long exterior crack in my stucco home. That’s $200/hour! And of the 6 hours he spent here, a good part of it was spent chatting to me about politics and kids. Even the materials were minimal. I accepted the bid and explanation because he made it sound far more complex to fix than it was. My bad for not getting an estimate of the number of hours it would take.
