Maybe the doctors are unaware, but your front office person has called me 5 times in the last month, and sent me a letter, which I did not open. Clearly, I'm not responding, and she knows full well I haven't been a patient there in over a year, as well as the reason why. Any further calls will be considered harassment and I will contact an attorney.
Could not have asked for a better first visit with this practice. Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, staff were friendly and easy to talk to, explained everything in detail. By the time I finished my paperwork, I was called back within a couple minutes. Their medical assistant was knowledgeable and also easy to talk to. Dr Segerson has an excellent bedside manner, he is quite knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with me. I felt comfortable with him instantly.
