Charged me and my insurance over $800 for an annual visit that they originally said was covered. She literally saw me for 5 min and then scheduled another appointment to tell me I had a vitamin D deficiency. Went to another doctor and ended up being diagnosed with COVID and pnuemonia and she told me that I was being scammed by this "doctor". Won't even call me back to explain my bill.
Very disappointed with overall experience. Practice was showing as in-network through my insurance’s portal as well as Zocdoc. Turned out to be out-of-network, however I was never informed at the appointment. Doctor Khalil saw me for maybe 5 minutes with little to no care for anything I had to say. Charged me $350. Got my blood/urine taken as part of annual physical (which I would later find out would be an additional cost of $140). This is the absolute worst practice I've ever had the displeasure of going to. During the initial visit I was pleased, however, about 30 days after my visit I was billed for my annual pap smear due to negligence on Dr. Anna Rafalovych who submitted my bisit as a wellness visit (which it was absolutely not. It was a run of the mill pap smear). Id already had my wellness visit earlier in the year so by her negligently submitting the visit incorrectly it was not covered by my insurance.
