Been to this office once and it was a nightmare don't believe anything they tell you they are a bunch of liars will never call you back with the proper information and then turn things around that you're a bad apple stay far away from this place
Have never been so happy with a doctor as I am now!!! Thank you Dr Segerson!!! My husband and I both appreciate your caring, thoroughness and attentiveness to our needs. Office staff are quick to respond, thoughtful, congenial and caring in addressing our needs. Always a pleasure to come to your office for an appointment. Very comfortable office visits. I would definitely give more than 5 stars !
Attentive, professional, and friendly. I feel seen, heard, and cared for. Front desk staff very helpful and the Drs and nurses here are all first-rate. Glad to be a patient here.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve had to beg them to send a referral to an ENT/allergist. When they finally sent it, they did not include the required diagnostic medical code for the referral. I let them know about the error. They have refused to correct it while I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis. In another incident, I had a UTI and drove to their Alden location to give them a urine sample.
