Have never been so happy with a doctor as I am now!!! Thank you Dr Segerson!!! My husband and I both appreciate your caring, thoroughness and attentiveness to our needs. Office staff are quick to respond, thoughtful, congenial and caring in addressing our needs. Always a pleasure to come to your office for an appointment. Very comfortable office visits. I would definitely give more than 5 stars !
Attentive, professional, and friendly. I feel seen, heard, and cared for. Front desk staff very helpful and the Drs and nurses here are all first-rate. Glad to be a patient here.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve had to beg them to send a referral to an ENT/allergist. When they finally sent it, they did not include the required diagnostic medical code for the referral. I let them know about the error. They have refused to correct it while I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis. In another incident, I had a UTI and drove to their Alden location to give them a urine sample. Dr. Koneru and Dr. Segerson are incredible physicians. Their staff are always friendly. If you’re looking for physicians that genuinely care, respond to your concerns, and deliver top notch care, Allied Physicians is the place.
Although the staff is very pleasant the actual medical services are beyond horrible. Little communication about appointments and actually receiving help with medical conditions. If you want friendly staff but no actually help then I recommend this Dr. If you need medical help and communication go elsewhere
