We have used this company on two occasions to spay for spiders. They had to come back to respray after the first service because we were still seeing quite a few spiders. On the second visit the guy spraying the outside got the line on the sprayer caught under a piece of the siding on the house and broke off a small section of the siding. We discovered the broken siding the day after they came out to spray and contacted the owner about the issue.
