Excellent customer service! I had some questions and all were answered. It is nice to see a company that stands behind what they do. Outstanding communication from start to finish. The technician (Jacob) was on time. He treated our property with respect and care. He was very polite and professional. I had termite treatment done by the previous owner. The work has proven to be faulty. During this week’s heavy rain, water was pouring into my basement from the holes drilled into the foundation for the treatment. I called Allied and the new owner Rick came right away, repaired the faulty plugs and even cleaned up the water. All of the work was considered warranty even though the previous owner hadn’t provided me with the proper paperwork. I highly recommend Allied!
Excellent service and product! They come on time and very professional and friendly. They'll educate you about bugs and their habits with honesty and sincerity.Most importantly they keep the bugs away! We had a bad problem with wasps three years ago so we called and every time Allied sprays the wasps stay away from the house all summer. I've been a customer ever since. Call them in spring and you'll enjoy a bug free summer! I've also not had to deal with any other pests like spiders or ants as well.
