Would leave zero stars if possible. Terrible. Np couldn’t be bothered. Very uncomfortable appointment. Was there for my 7 year old son with anxiety and left with anxiety myself. Beyond Awful experience.
The girls at the reception are very kind, and they have always treated me and my child very well, but I haven't been able to connect well with Dr. Nicole. I don't like the way she speaks to me, as if with attitude. She doesn't try to empathize with the patient. My child used to be seen by Dr. Vargas Chen, but she's no longer there. I asked them where she is, and they told me they didn't know. ☹️ I'm going to look for a different pediatrician.
