The providers are okay medically, but their billing practices and front desk staff are terrible. Every well check, I am presented with a form that says because I have private insurance, insurance may not pay for vision screening, etc., all the items that should be the basis of a WELL check. If none of what they are doing is covered, then what is a well check? When I asked this the first few times, the MA looked at me offended and couldn’t/wouldn’t answer. Dr.Wessles has been so helpful. We are new to the area and needing resources for our autistic son. She has been so kind and understanding as well as professional and her and her staff helped us find great options for ABA and other therapies. I have been so grateful for this team!
