My daughter who is 1 was seen here today, and let me just tell you when I say scary things happen out of no where, one second she was sitting eating goldfish crackers the next minute she’s turning blue gasping for air cannot breath. I begin to panic like any parent would and immediately rushed out to the hall for help where I was accompanied by many nurses. Billing is a joke. When you're at a well check and they ask if you have any questions then bill you for an office visit on top of your well check because you asked a question. Then being charged for one child's "emotional and physical questionnaire" but not the other and the billing woman ignores your multiple requests to speak only tells you to call your insurance and your insurance tells you what you already know that the office billed incorrectly. Staff has become rude as hell especially the one that does scheduling they think they can treat you however they want because they have those signs up saying they’ll dismiss you as a patient if you’re rude to them but they expect you to just take whatever attitude they give you they made us sit in the car because my son has a horrible cough we sat there for over an hour just for them to pretend they called me multiple times but wouldn’t show the proof just got an attitude and walked away sad to see this office has went down ... read more
