Update ‼️‼️‼️ Z E R The staff has completely replaced integrity and etiquette mannerisms with sewage behavior. The decency and class they had when Doctor Barnes was still at the practice has Left the building for good. This place gets filthier by the day. This is a doctors office, not a pet store . Absolutely love the staff and the doctors. Especially, Dr. Wessels. She is amazing with all kids but especially those with special needs. I recommend them to everyone who needs a great doctor who listens.
The providers are okay medically, but their billing practices and front desk staff are terrible. Every well check, I am presented with a form that says because I have private insurance, insurance may not pay for vision screening, etc., all the items that should be the basis of a WELL check. If none of what they are doing is covered, then what is a well check? When I asked this the first few times, the MA looked at me offended and couldn’t/wouldn’t answer.
