Five stars for Allied Garage door! We love our garage door, the warranty department was amazing to work with. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service as well as Micheal and Patrick. Definitely recommend!
Reached out to them because their sticker was on my garage door opener from when the house was built. Just needed a second remote and while they could have easily charged me for a home visit to “evaluate” like most places seem to do these days, they took another approach. Brit went out of his way to help me on the phone, followed up via text with the exact link to the remote I needed and then recorded a video showing how to set the remote up. We moved into our new build in October, and the garage remotes were programmed to open both garage doors at the same time. No big deal — just a simple programming issue. I called for service but got no callback. Gave it some time and also noticed a large bubble in one of the garage doors. Again, not a big deal — they said they’d fix it. The first appointment was canceled due to weather, which we understood, but they never followed up. I had to call again.
