Worst place ever. Always overbooking appointments. It's not uncommon to wait 30 mins or more past your appointment time to be seen. Never fixed loose or broken brackets. Or said that they didn't have her type of wires. Kept saying they didn't have time but will do it next time. Have to wait at least 8 weeks between appts for braces maintenance which I've been recently told should be every 6 weeks. Dr. Dhyllon is rude, and arrogant. Choosing Dr. Kanchi Shah for my orthodontic treatment is the best choice I have made, they genuinely care for their patients and listen to your every concern. I am no more afraid of visiting a dentist. Also the staff here is very polite, sweet and friendly. Overall I had very pleasant experience. Thank you Dr. Kanchi and team. Cheers!
