Dave was amazing by going the extra mile for me and my brother and by ordering the brace sooner for us so my brother can make it to the airport a week later. This office is amazing! They explain everything in detail which makes me very happy.
I interacted with, Trish, Glen & Nicole. I went for a fitting on January 7 th and on January 12th received a call from Trish that my afo braces were in. She made an appointment for January 14th for final fitting/delivery . From the initial visit with Glen & Nicole to the final fitting/delivery with Nicole the process was professional & pleasant. I am more than pleased and would highly recommend Alliedop.
Thanks to the young lady Elissa the receptionist, For being Very Professional, Very Nice & So Helpful!.. She made my appointment the best it's been in the 20yrs I've been going there, With that being said I've never had a bad visit and or experience there ever but she Definitely made a difference in this visit last week.. The doctor sent me there on 6--8-2020. Paid $972.00 (scam) for a brace that would not adjusting correctly I had the brace in my possession for a total of 20 minutes. Returned it yet they still charged my account. So basically they stole $920.72 from my charge account. Very bad business . By the way I purchased the exact same for $225.00 from Amazon.
