Your truck drove pass my street and ripped the telecommunication line off the power pole and my roof. I now don’t have internet and a broken service mast on my roof. The driver was aware of the incident, got off the truck to have a look then drove off.

This was our third move with Allied (1st domestic, others were international). Without fail, Allied has always delivered on their services flawlessly. Allied North Melbourne team moved our stuff over to our new home within Melbourne without any incident in just a couple of hours. Many thanks to the entire team!

Arrived 6 hours late to pack the house causing delays in our travel plans, and then also packed goods specifially marked and instricted not touch as they were to remain at the old property. Better yet, not only do I have multiple missing items (at least one box worth), but I also had damaged furniture and other goods. Company didn't do anything to compensate. Then to rub salt in the wound, they claimed they would collect the cardboard boxes and then failed to show up multiple times! If I could rate no stars I would. Poor exp... read more
