Brendan and his partner were absolutely amazing. Nothing was a bother. They arrived on time and was so helpful in putting our boxes wherever we wanted. Everything was in great condition. We would definitely use them again. Plus the price was so much better than anyone else, this was definitely the deciding factor thank you Allied. The receptionist was amazing as well.
We had a terrible experience moving internationally with Allied. On the day of delivery of our boxes, no items were unpacked to a level surface as per the contract, not all furniture items were assembled, including smaller items such as coffee and side tables. And valuable items like bikes and a decorative bench was left outside the house. When we tried to contact the team, calls were not answered, emails were not responded to, and when we asked for an escalation point to provide feedback we received no further response. 10/10 for an amazing service. We had the most amazing guys from Allied moving us from Warriewood NSW to Perth they were so efficient with just 2 guys and they did everything so fast and properly! I’ve moved so many times and these guys were by far the absolute best I’ve ever experienced so stress free from start to finish! Thank you Allied
