I've been working with Kyle at Allied Movement for some time and he has contributed significantly to my cardio fitness, strength and mobility mainly through the pulsers classes More recently,he has contributed greatly to the rehabilitation of my right shoulder after injury. He is very patient and explains everything clearly. I'd recommend him to anyone who wants to stay active and healthy regardless of their age.

I have found the exercises that Kyle has chosen for me have always been appropriate for my needs and particularly at the moment when I'm recovering from a recent hip replacement and am aiming to strengthen the muscles around my spine. He is always helpful and patient. This has been the case since I first started going to him 7/8 years ago.

I've been attending since late 2023, throughout 2024 and I'll be back for sure in 2025! The programme that Kyle designed for me helped me with my swimming and bushwalking activities. Not to mention with keeping healthy and happy. A welcoming and friendly place with considerate and intelligent guidance all along.
