Great technically. They know everything about my car. I have Volvo s60 2012 which is not popular but they know everything about it and all the its problems. They know how to fix the car and know common issues. The after service is great if there is any issue. Only one comment that there is delay in repair but they gave me another car to use. I think they have delay because of the work load which the owner is doing his best to cover that and make sure to give appointments as soon as possible.
We bought a 2007 Mini that needed a good 120k mile "refresh". It ran OK but after the Allied crew got done with it, the difference was like night and day. Drives like it's brand new, we love it. Thanks to John and his crew for the excellent service. They stand behind their work and their work is the best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Honest & worked through every issue with my daughters car. 09 BMW that ended up needing so much work including engine, struts, computers to name a few. They did an amazing job! Highly recommend!
John is a liar and a thief. Yeah the dealership will charge you about the same maybe even a little more but the dealership has trained technicians. Nobody at this location has ever been trained to work on European vehicles I've seen the guys that work there mess up an oil change. I literally watched one of the kids working there catch a customers VW camper vans wiring harness on fire. Very few places in Toledo service Mini. I so.much.more.than.you.can.imagine/appreciate the quick service under desperate circumstances. Honesty, being treated with respect and efficiency are my number 1 priorities. They adequately diagnosed AAANNNNDDD solved my problem in a very timely manner...could have easily charged me over $3k for something I didn't need...instead, walked out the door with a $400 bill and some solid advice. Fair and transparent pricing on labor for foreign and high end vehicles. Much appreciated.
