It was never communicated to me that my loan had been decreased from the time of my Early Closing Disclosure to the morning of the closing, my loan request decreased $50,000. Though the explanation made perfect sense, I feel that this was not communicated unforgiving. Additionally, a supervisor received my complaint regarding this and was sensitive to my needs, but was to get back to me ("within an hour", "at the end of the day", "after the weekend") and I am still waiting 7 days later.
