I would like to give 0 star! We bought an Ardern Park New Construction. We have 740+ credit score, more than enough money to close, Elaine Wang took our case and delayed 3 times in 2.5 months. At the end, we need to close on hard money loan and we were charged for $3500 by builder. We have to pay $13K more than a normal loan. During this case, we were not be able to reach to Elaine by phone calls and email, only she can reach to us. At the end, Elaine doesn’t want to take any responsibility.
