We drove from Ontario to Naples, Florida with our brand new 2024 Alliance 382RK. Naturally we had some deficiencies! Andy the proprietor arrived, listened to our problems, worked with Alliance and returned with all of the necessary parts to correct the deficiencies in a timely manner. Andy was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We feel so fortunate to have Andy as a contact during our winter stay in Florida for service issues.
