Waited 30 plus minutes for staff to come during regular business hours they came 30 minutes before closing time, had a line of students waiting in the cold. Luckily epcc contacts with them otherwise I'd take business elsewhere
My wife is 9 months pregnant and she has a prescription for a breast pump. When she called this place the lady was very rude to my wife. The lady asked if there was a medical reason for the breast pump written on the prescription. My wife replied that she is pregnant (why else would you need a breast pump?). The lady replied that being pregnant is not a medical reason for getting a breast pump. Overall very poor customer service. My wife then went in, hoping to talk to someone else.
