Hilo Service Dept mechanic crooks charging thousands for diagnostic fees and issue not specified. Minor machine error code and they exaggerated the problems to raise repair costs. Would never buy Takeuchi and Case machinery again as long as they are the only authorized dealer. Main office staff unresponsive to customer concerned. Missed the retired staff.
