This time, I almost forgot to renew my insurance, but they actually called me themselves to remind me, which I really appreciated. Sahil was the best insurance advisor I've ever dealt with. He was amazing. very informative and helpful. I visited twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The level of customer service at the customs counter was not satisfactory, and the staff appeared to lack proper training in handling customer needs. During my visit today, the experience was particularly poor. The employee did not seem aware of how to assist customers effectively and did not handle communication in a professional manner.
