I called to ask questions about a piece of equipment that we bought from them a few years back and they refused to help me. Acted like they didn't have any salesman who could speak to me about this piece of equipment. They said since I wasn't going to be placing a new order that they didn't want to speak with me. VERY RUDE! Will never buy from again, that's for sure.
