The customer service from this company is hard to find elsewhere. Received a phone call when the technician, Dan, was en route. He arrived as communicated, and was respectful to cover his shoes upon entering. He worked quickly and even removed a wasp nest from the outdoor AC unit! (Is that in his job description?) We received a review of what was completed and were given some excellent suggestions. I highly recommend this company.

Today Dan and Juan spent over 8 hours installing a new A/C, furnace and hot water heater in my townhouse. I was so very impressed in how constant they were in their work and how determined to make sure everything was done correctly. They spent some time at the finish explaining everything they'd done and how to use the thermostat. Over the years, I've had some good Heating and A/C people and some not so good.
