I DID NOT choose this lab PARKVIEW did. I would never use them again if I had. Rachel in the billing department is awful. First, she submitted a bill to my insurance with the wrong birth date, so it was denied. Then her office told me she was the only person in the office who could fix the issue. Unfortunately, she was out of the office for two days. When I was finally able to speak to Rachel, she told me she was ENTITLED to days off. Trying to contact them is impossible they say 1st in cube when I finally get thru after be on hold for 20 minutes 3rd time trying. I explain to the operator my situation, sometimes we don't have a choice where to get testing done it is covered by your insurance. So had to refile and change coding issue. So I spent 3 hours calling between insurance and this place and saved 600 dollars.
