ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE!! My rental company contracted this company to come out and fix a patch of dry wall in the closet. The first time the contractor came out, he didn’t have a ladder and had to borrow ours. He also ripped the dryer lint connector. I was then called the next day and they said they did not do a good enough job so they were going to send the worker out the next day. The next day, he arrived and again no ladder. I am constantly forced to do buisness with this company because my rental property manager keeps enlisting them to fix problems with my home. For instance, spilled paint on my hardwood floor then left without mentioning it to me; did drywall work and it was spotty/debris left all over the house from the dry wall pieces they removed to replace with no cleanup; now theyve been back here 3 times for an issue w... read more
Payment Processing Issues: My best advice for this company, pay your employees and contractors because their working abilities bring business success.
They were hired to do a large renovation job and then ghosted us. Would not answer calls and the only way to get them to respond was by calling from a blocked number.
As the last post stated, had a garage door problem at my home. Repair man shows up and takes measurements, he stated he would be back that afternoon and never showed up…called 3 times and they had no status update and at the end, they didn’t pick up my phone call…horrible service…if I can give a zero stars I would!!!!
