Absolutely horrible service, left a huge mess behind (they even managed to get debris in my fish tank) and didnt even bother to put the vents back on. I would suggest another service.
Rep came out with a shop vac and an air compressor to clean the vents, which he didn't even take off the vent grills. I bought a groupon which covers 12 vents and they explained they charge $10 per for each additional vent prior to coming out. That's fine. Then they charge $70 to blow off internal components of the furnace which the rep said were dirty. Chuck was nice. The service was a joke. They used an air compressor and a shop vac and were here for 30 minutes. I have a nice air compressor and shop vac and could have done the same thing. I Had the furnace replaced a couple days later and he told me the ducts were filthy. So clearly this service did nothing! Not too pleased with this at all and I do not recommend this service either. Had I know the “Groupon” I bought was for blowing some air through the ducts and collecting it with a shop vac, I would have done it myself.
