I had a little problem with moisture in my aids. They fixed it fast and perfectly! GREAT staff & owners!
I've used hearing aides since 2015. Allied Hearing is my third provider, and by far the best of the three. Of the three, only Allied uses Real Ear Measurement, which I've learned by experience is a non-negotiable. Allied's routine checkups are far more in-depth than those provided by the other two providers. Dr. Smith is, in my experience, exceptionally attentive, capable, and thorough. Veronica was awesome. Fixed me up when I thought there was going to be big problem, long wait time for repair, and multiple trips to their location. One visit and problems solved. Great customer care !
