The staff was wonderful, service was good, would recommend for anyone.
Different members of my household have dealt with them for their own personalized equipment. The staff is always very nice & professional. The most recent tech to come to my home went above and beyond to make sure my equipment was operating properly.
I am unsure what is going on with this company. They will not return my offices phone calls, they will not answer messages and they only have 1 fitter who by the way is of retirment age who is forced to serve several different offices. This company is owned by WVU medicine. A multi-million dollar company and yet they say medicaid doesn't pay them enough!
Courteous staff and very helpful in getting what we needed without an appointment. We really appreciate it.
I should have checked the reviews before using this service. The equipment is nothing more than an glorified air pump. Poor technology. Will be returning it.
