My experience with this provider has been excellent. Xavier is wonderful. Though this week, I have not been able to get through to them via phone to order oxygen nor have they returned my calls. I am thinking that there phone system is down.

I have, unfortunately, been dealing with this company for over five years. They somehow manage to get worse each time I have to reorder CPAP supplies. The customer service is terrible. Each time I call in whenever I am eligible for supplies, we review the supplies I am due to receive. I wait two weeks only to call in to check the status of the order and find out that NO ORDER was even placed! They manage to do this EVERY TIME! I wish there was another company available because I would certainly go elsewhere.

ALL NEW MOMS DO NOT GO HERE! My son needed the bilirubin blanket and after a week of them harassing me to return it they said my son was ABNORMAL for needing it longer than just a few days. Then, I paid the bill, but needed them to submit all the billing to our insurance and it took them 2-4 months to finally get me my money back. Being a new mom and dealing with all this was completely unnecessary. Save the stress and go somewhere else!
