Order the window to be fitted and supplied the wrong frame. The woman in reception refuses to listen or accept responsibility last time I will ever shop there!
Shopping in the store this morning, taking photo's of the shower screens. I was ready to sign up for my screen to be fitted. I had already contacted them by phone the day before for the model I wanted & price. A woman aggressively walked out & rudely told me not to take any pictures & to ask her first. I left the store upset and angry, saying "you lost my business". She said she "wasn't worried". AVOID
Very friendly and understanding dispite use using another company to undertaking the quoted work. But money is money after all.
