Tied calling Saturday 11am couldn’t get anyone to answer. Drove to the shop and worked with someone who clearly hates their job. No product available, could save yourself having to actually face the customer if you would simply answer the phone….also maybe try a different line of work that doesn’t involve customer service.
What a find. My son is working on becoming a welder and obtaining his certifications. My wife and I wanted to ensure he had a starter welding set up at home to help. I pull up on my Harley in dire need of some argon basically exchange my tank I’ll give you cash and you put it in the till tomorrow. no that would be the human selfless act that you can’t find anymore. James was extremely professional and accommodating. Our new CO2 system at State 48 in DTPHX has dramatically decreased time needed for certain tasks and allows for more multitasking when using CO2. I highly recommend this company as a professional brewer of 16 years for all brewery needs.
Horrible customer service. I was just trying to get a tank filled for the holiday... Wow never again
