There's a complete lack of competence within this company. My wife and I bought a business 10/1/2018 and since then nothing but billing issues for us AND the prior owner. Plus when they made the switch (after we gave $$ for the new service) the system didn't work for 1 month (and then charged us more saying we needed a system upgrade). now they're double billing us and the prior owner. RecommendedI am blown away by the lack of care and response from this company. Last night the alarm on my business went off at 2am. The monitoring service asked if they should dispatch police? I said yes. They said you do not have a permit on file so we cannot dispatch police. I asked what is the point of having an alarm and paying to have it monitored if you cannot dispatch police? Hi Chris. I've very sorry you had a poor interaction with our monitoring center at that early hour. I know that is a very stressful situation. Unfortunately, the City of Spokane does require you to have an active Alarm Permit in order for any monitoring center to dispatch the police. Under our main monitoring contract there is a specific section that references a permit may be required. This is a seriously awesome company! I needed a key made for my bike with a key code and they’re were 4 different options that it could be. They gave them to me at no charge!!! If you need anything related to locks keys or safes or security you should definitely come here first!!!
They did me wrong ! I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE!
