These boys today, at the Social security office, were a little too chatty within their group.. be more professional.
The company before the buy out was OK, but after that the customer service was lacking in all areas. Knowing that equipment installed years ago needed updates and system upgrades they continued to overlooked those problems and cause monitoring issues. After negotiating a new contract by a authorized agent we accepted it, only to have it voided over cost by the company, forcing us to leave to look elsewhere. If they did not want us say so, can't trust them. It's always about the money.
I received a timely quote, clear expectations were set and met, solid install, good service for an access control system. I wish I had went through Allied originally for this need.
