I've been banking here 20+this was my first visit with a teller that just made me feel like she didn't want to deal with me,I'm the type of person that if I put my ID in your hand and money I expect it back the same and I would like my money back the same I understand she is new but the interaction just had bad energy her name is MacKenzie she could use a little more training in customer service.
Decent Lil bank, but the weather is bad enough with sleet and freezing temperatures, and they are making staff work till end of day.. I guess the safety of your staff isn't important..I bet the higher ups didn't even leave the house. If the higher uos are even local owners.. make it make sense.
AFCU, and specifically Kim Bailey and Myles Moseley, were amazing during the last two years while I had to help my parents manage their money and estate affairs as they both declined and passed away. Kim Bailey had worked with my parents for years, and even remembered me from my high school days when I opened my first account. Myles Moseley was very kind and helpful the day I finally came in to close the account. Thank you immensely to Kim, Myles and AFCU.
As a member of AFCU for almost 30 years, they have handled many of my financial needs. Recently, I had some suspect issues hit my account and AFCU contacted me with a fraud alert. They have in the past and it has proven helpful. Today, I had the pleasure of Kim and Myles helping me understand activity on my account. Kim was kind enough to refund some overdraft fees ($6) and Myles provided me with a spreadsheet of another suspected charge. I am grateful to Myles and Kim for their help through this issue.
