I know quality of the side is great. They do answer the phones they’re very friendly and professional. They’re just very slow, slightly more expensive than the other sod farms, but not by much. Communication is lagging on a few levels, especially when it comes to the delivery day but their delivery team is extremely nice, and very accommodating in placement. I feel like the only thing that they’re missing is more members to help them with their workload.

They beat my other vendor’s price by over $100, plus Misty’s customer service was top notch. She communicated clearly and called me back the next day just like she said. They delivered my sod within 48 hours even though we’d had a lot of rain. The sod was a bit rough but we laid it all down. It’s been about a week and it’s growing thick and fast. I’m very happy with this company and will use them again.
