Stopped for gas on our roadtrip because I needed gas. Not many pumps but this is in a remote area. Not much traffic. Did not go inside to see the store or restrooms.
Didn't keep any records of providing services to my home. Insisted they never sold or installed a water heater. Insisted that parts on water heater are only covered for up to 2 years. When I mentioned a 6 year warranty, they told me no that's not on parts. They never registered the water heater, so there was no proof of purchase until I called the company the water heater itself was purchased from out of Bismarck. A different company came and did the work, honored the 6 year warranty and made sure everything was done fairly ... read more
