I manage several locations of a fortune 500 company in this area. I had called them to start vendor service. I was placed on hold and then hung up on. Very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would.

I had recently purchase a sauna for my house. However, after completing the build process of the sauna, the sauna heater needed to be professionally installed by a licensed electrician. So, my friend who was helping me build it, called Allied Electric, inc. and talked to somebody in the office. What I didn’t expect was for them to be available to come take a look at it that same day and rather quick as well. What an awesome team!! I had Alex and Trin change out my old electric panel and put in a new one. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and have great customer care!!! They were efficient and did a fantastic job! Thanks for ALL your help!!
