08/20/2025 Brandon returned today to solve the problem as to why the mountain time setting for AZ (which does not use daylight saving time in most of our state) was not activating the yard and driveway lighting at dusk. Instead the lights were not activating until after they had been in total darkness until 8:10 pm. The problem seems to be that the transformer does not use a photocell to determine the time. He is very knowledgeable and personable and I selected a plan from the available options he described to remedy the issues he found. Frank and Gabe helped perform an install of our Tesla wall charger and their professionalism was pretty impressive. They are knowledgeable and get the job done very quickly. This is the second time we hire Allied Electric-first time was a TV wall installation, and they were very good as well. Looking forward to our next service with them.
