Poor management. The owner's kids run the show.
I set up an appt to have them repair my garage door, they charged me $85 to come look at it and say they don;t work on the brand of garage door opener I have. When I called back to complain, nothing like being out $85 a day before Christmas and STILL have a broken garage door opener Tabitha, who is the person who set the appt up was RUDE and said she was NOT a tech and didn't know. How about you make it your business to know or find another business!
