I have made 3 appointments. I keep a very busy schedule and totally understand if they run behind but each time, they have told me it will be over 3 hours and I need to leave my car when I have no way of doing that. I can get this kind of service at walmart for a cheaper price. I don't go to walmart. So appointments are suggestions and when I tried to ask when a good time is to make an appointment, he went back to writing completely ignoring me. Zero customer service skills. Infuriating. I will never use them again. NEVER.
Yesterday, I stopped at Tire Choice for the price on new tires. The price was very reasonable, and I agreed for them to go ahead. While waiting, I spoke with the manager, Sammy Warnamally, who I found out was the new manager, having just moved from Tire Kingdom up the street. I had told him the the dealership I usually go to had said I needed new ball joints. He inspected the car and said nothing was further from the truth. This alone saved me $800.00. I don't recommend this auto repair shop and tire store. I had lights on my dashboard; they allegedly diagnosed my issues as a dimmer switch and needed a new battery. I paid $724.35. Within 12 hours, all lights were back on. I decided not to take it back there due to a bad feeling. Instead, I took it to a garage 45 minutes away as they restored a vintage car of mine. Stay away from these scam artists... Terrible ...They do not stand by their work and the commitment of warrenty. I broke down less that 3 months after i replaced the rear brakes.....total replacement.. less than 2,000 miles on brakes they installed. I spoke to manager ....i didnt even communicate what happened and he denied any support.. The garage I had work down advised of sub standard workmanship. Don't even think about going to this place! the worst and most irresponsible company. I went to the location at Riverview Fl off of Big Bend and was the worst experience. I do not recommend this place, look elsewhere for better service. The manager didn't even own up to the mistakes, instead deflected responsibilities to a junior mechanic
My car had a broken lower control arm, a bad battery, an alternator that was going, and two tires destroyed by the broken control arm. I knew that I had those problems. They showed me the test results and fixed all of them with the best prices around. I know. I checked with people I trusted. The Assistant Manager, Thomas, was absolutely the best to work with. My battery was dead and disconnected across the street. One of the employees came to my car across the street, jumped it so I could drive it to the shop, and had my battery replaced and tires filled in 20 minutes. All with no extra fees or hassle for going above and beyond. The staff was very kind and incredibly helpful, as well as very straightforward about my costs. Tire pressure had dropped by several pounds and found a large nail in back right tire. Visited Tire Choice today, they inspected the tire and had it repaired within about 40 minutes whilst I waited. They fitted this in even though they were busy. Extremely pleased with this service. Polite, pleasant and efficient David Greenhill
